Biographie

Harald Lieske est né en 1975 à Siegen, Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, Allemagne. C'est un artiste du jeu, concepteur de jeux et musicien de Münster, en Allemagne.

Après avoir étudié l'art à Siegen, Lieske a décidé de se concentrer sur le département de design de Münster en mettant l'accent sur l'art du jeu et la bande dessinée. Il a commencé à illustrer des jeux de société en 2003 et considère le jeu de société Cronberg de 2003 comme son jeu révolutionnaire en tant qu'illustrateur. Cela lui a permis de présenter un jeu fini illustré et produit à divers éditeurs. Il a été introduit sur la scène du jeu par Max J. Kobbert, un concepteur de jeux connu pour sa série de jeux de labyrinthe.

Lieske a conçu au moins trois jeux de société, sa conception de jeu la plus célèbre étant probablement Inka, publiée par Queen Games en 2005.
